Overview
Removes packaged products from production lines identified as non-conformant with quality specifications and can be used on most light to medium weight packaged products and vertical containers.
The Push Arm reject device consists of a pneumatic cylinder that actuates a paddle, pushing products that do not meet predetermined quality specifications in the direction of a reject receptacle. The Push Arm reject mechanism is very versatile and ideal for removing faulty packages of weight up to 11 pounds (5kg) such as, vacuum-packed pouches, cardboard cartons, blocks of cheese, cans, bottles and plastic containers. Stronger and larger push-off rejects are available to remove heavier packages up to 50 pounds (23kg).
