Removes inspected packaged products deemed to be non-conformant to quality specifications from the production line and can be used on most light weight packaged products or vertical containers.

The Air Blast reject device consists of an air hose which forces air through a nozzle at high pressure. The resulting air jet blows products that do not meet predetermined quality specifications in the direction of the reject receptacle. The single Air Blast reject mechanism is ideal for removing faulty packages under one pound (450g) such as, vacuum-packed pouches, cardboard cartons and plastic containers.
