Overview
The Pack 320 PRO is a high performance x-ray system designed for precise inspection of small to mid-sized packaged product in high throughput packaging lines for the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and general CPG industries, as well as food products packaged in foil or metalized film. The x-ray inspection system provides 331 mm (13”) of inspection coverage at the belt and high-speed imaging up to 119 meters per minute (390 FPM). It can simultaneously perform multiple quality control checks in a single pass with precisions and accuracy.

The Pack 240 PRO offers the ability to perform quality inspections simultaneously, deliver superior contaminant detection and automatic rejection of the following foreign objects in the Food, Pet Food and Pharmaceutical/Personal Care industries: Glass, Metal, Mineral stone , Some plastic and rubber compounds, and Calcified bone.
